<p>A hinge device, comprising a first hinge member (2) having a movable member (6) connected thereto so as to be moved radially and not to be rotated, and a second hinge member (3) having a hammering member (7) unrotatably connected thereto, wherein the movable member (6) is allowed to abut on the hammering member (7) by a coiled spring (not shown), and a force converting mechanism (not shown) for converting the energizing force of the coiled spring to a rotating force for rotating the hammering member (7) is installed in the contact surface between the movable member (6) and the hammering member (7), contact projected parts (32) are formed on the outer periphery of the second hinge member (3), contact recessed parts (71) for fitting the contact projected parts (32) therein are formed in the outer periphery of the hammering member (7), and the widths (W2) of the contact recessed parts (71) are increased slightly over the widths (W1) of the contact projected parts (32) to allow the hammering member (7) to be rotated, by that amount, relative to the second hinge member (3).</p> |
