The method involves using an insulating film (13) which carries conductors (14) on one surface. The other surface of the film carries droplet (15) formed in the holes (16) which form links to the circuit. The droplets are pref. made from a material which can be re-melted, such an tin-lead solder. The droplet are then connected to contact pads (23) on an adjoining circuit support, either by fusion or use of an adhesive layer.
