发明名称 PHENOL-BASED NANO ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A phenol-based nano adhesive composition and its preparation method are provided, which composition is used to prepare a rubber with good tensile strength, modulus, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy and gas permeability. CONSTITUTION: The phenol-based nano adhesive composition comprises 1-30 wt% of a nano-sized silicate compound; and optionally a phenol component and 37-99 wt% of a formalin component. Preferably the silicate compound is selected from the group consisting of montmorillonite, hectorite, vermiculite and saponite. The mol ratio of the phenol component to the formalin component is 0.5-1.5. The method comprises the steps of reacting the phenol component and the silicate compound at a temperature of 20-200 deg.C to make the silicate compound be intercalated between the phenol component; and reacting the intercalated one with the formalin component (37-99%). Preferably the reaction of the phenol component and the formalin component is carried out by using a catalyst selected from the group consisting of sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, HCl, phosphoric acid and their mixtures.
