PURPOSE: A device for fixing magnet of linear motor is provided to conveniently fix the magnet to a magnet frame. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a magnet frame(10); and a fixing member(20). The magnet frame has a plurality of magnet pockets(11) formed in radial direction to insert magnets(M) therein. The magnet frame is made of resins formed by being injected into a mold. The magnet pockets comprise a plurality of inside supportive parts(12) and outside supportive parts(13). The inside supportive parts are extended toward an inner circumferential surface of the magnet frame to partition gaps between the magnets and to support the magnets. The outside supportive parts are placed between the inside supportive parts and extended from a periphery of the magnet frame to support outside surfaces of the magnets. The fixing member supports the magnets inserted to the magnet pockets of the magnet frame to be fixed to the magnet pockets.
