The toothed wheel (1) comprises at least two axially aligned wheel parts (1a, 1b) whose teeth prior to installation are off set from each other by a predetermined amount. The wheel parts are connected together with torque locking through elastic means which have inner damping and can be formed by bolts with elastomer. A rigid part of the bolt (3) is fixed to the first wheel part whilst the surrounding elastomer (5) engages positively in bores (4) of the second wheel part.
