A windmill with a gondola in which a rotor is fixed is disclosed. The angle of attack of the rotor blades mounted on the rotor hub can be adjusted by a hydraulic adjuster mechanism, depending on the wind strength. According to the invention, essential components of said adjuster mechanism, such as hydraulic pumps (22) and the drive for the same and optionally pressure reservoirs etc, are fixed on the rotor or the rotor shaft.
