Converter is built on base of thyristor key with diode and has oscillatory circuit of current commutation, including, reactor and capacitor, former of control current clock pulses. Converter is supplemented with capacitor of filter and thyristor which controlling junction is coupled to damping RC circuit via element of resistance decoupling.
