PURPOSE: A composite LCCD having a CCD pixel and an LCD cell combined with each other is provided to allow a user to display the user's image while watching another image. CONSTITUTION: A composite LCCD having a CCD pixel and an LCD cell combined with each other is constructed in such a manner that red, green and blue cells(R,G,B) of an LCD are repeatedly arranged, having a specific interval, and one of red, green and blue pixels(r,g,b) of a CCD is placed between the cells. The red cell, green cell, blue cell, red pixel, green pixel and blue pixel are repeatedly arranged in the horizontal direction. The LCD and CCD are driven independently of each other.
