The buoy (1) uses the energy of the wind, the waves and sunlight simultaneously on the one device for the generation of renewable energy, whereby the economic efficiency is increased compared to conventional devices. A wind wheel (2) is mounted on the top of the buoy in the form of a Darrius wind wheel with three elements (3) attached to three struts (4).
