Self-sealing reflective sleeve

A self-sealing reflective sleeve (10) is provided having an inner layer (12) and a outer layer (14). The inner layer is comprised of a thermally inert material and is configured to have a self sealing overlap (16). The outer layer (14) is made of a heat reflective, insulating material and is disposed along the periphery of the outer layer (14) thereby providing heat insulation and protection from corrosives to wires, conduits and like disposed in the lumen (20) of the sleeve (10).
