PURPOSE: A system for purchasing and drawing a lottery through the Internet is provided to increase the ratio of winning the lottery and the reliability of a user through the exchange of the reserve and the advertisement watching. CONSTITUTION: The user accesses a relevant site through a client PC and the site checks that the user is a member. The user purchases a cyber lottery by clicking a lottery purchase item. The user selects and enters the desired lottery number among many lottery numbers. The site displays the advertisement contents on a client PC screen during a fixed time by clicking the advertisement linked to the site. After finishing to watch the advertisement, the user pushes a check button. The lottery and issue number are displayed on the client PC screen and stored to a DB. The site draws the cyber lottery by using the Colorado lottery number. The user checks that the purchased lottery is the lucky number through the comparison with the Colorado lottery. Finally, the site deposits prize money to a cyber account of the user.
