PURPOSE: A panel for organic field emission element display is provided to improve a contrast ratio of a panel for organic field emission element display by using a thin film a photo reflection rate of which is low. CONSTITUTION: A thin film(2) composed of a substance a photo reflection rate of which is low is laid out on a plate(1). A hole injection electrode(3) is laid out on the thin film(2). An insulation film(4) for forming a pixel unit is laid out on the hole injection electrode(3). An insulation partition(5) for an electric insulation of an electron injection electrode(7) is laid out on the insulation film(4). An organic film(6) for an emission is laid out on the insulation partition(5). The electron injection electrode(7) is laid out on the organic film(6). A protection film(8) is laid out on the electron injection electrode(7).
