PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to secure a load support capability in a direction of stable axis by preparing a plurality of magnet which have repulsive magnetic poles with one another for forming an air gap on a sleeve correspondent to a fixing shaft and a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board has a sleeve(200) which includes a stator composed of a core(211) and a coil(212). A rotor(300) includes a polygon mirror(310), a magnet(330) which generates a rotational electromagnetic force with the stator, and a groove(351,352) which penetrates a central face of the sleeve(200). A shaft direction load support unit(400) generates a repulsive force between the sleeve(200) and the rotor(300), and supports a load in a shaft direction of the rotor(300).
