Scratch resistant and conductive printable surfaces

A UV or heat curable composition containing inorganic pigments and insoluble fillers, where after curing the composition has electrical conductivity and an electrical resistance of 103> to 1011> | / [character missing in patent] is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a synthetic plastics film coated with the composition; and (2) a process for production of the composition by dispersion of an electrically conducting inorganic pigment and an insoluble filler in a UV or heat curable formulation.
