PURPOSE: A brake for a vehicle is provided to efficiently prevent wear of a brake pad by conveniently applying to a caliper housing and to install a load dividing unit between a piston and the brake pad. CONSTITUTION: A brake of a vehicle comprises a master cylinder(12) operated by a brake pedal(11); a piston(13) generating braking force by pressurizing a brake disk(17) through hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder; a caliper housing(15) supporting a pair of brake pads(14); a load dividing member(20) transferring load into the brake pad from the piston; a coupling unit combined to the piston; an eccentric lever unit combined to the brake pad; a flexible ball connecting unit integrally engaging the coupling unit and the eccentric lever unit; and protrusion units combined to the brake pad by being mounted on both sides of the eccentric lever unit. The load dividing member divides load transferred from the piston into the piston and the brake pad. Thereby, the brake of the vehicle prevents wear of the brake pad by conveniently applying to the caliper housing.
