PANEL LAPPING MACHINE FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: A panel lapping machine for cathode ray tube is provided to enhance productivity by preventing a polishing error in a polishing process of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A base(10) is formed with a guide(11) and a slide(12). The slide(12) is moved straightly to an indexing machine along the guide(11). A bearing stand(13) is erected on an upper face of the base(10). A motion base(21) is installed on an upper portion of the bearing stand(13). A spindle(22) is installed at a bottom face of the motion base(21). The spindle(22) is rotated around the bearing stand(13) by a bearing portion(14). The bearing portion(14) is formed with a plurality of ball bearing(14a) and a taper roller bearing(14b). An upper portion of the bearing stand(14) is blocked by a cover(15). The ball bearing(14a) is used for supporting a center portion of the spindle(22). The taper roller bearing(14b) is used for supporting an upper portion and a lower portion of the spindle(22). A couple of post(23) is formed at both sides of an upper face of the motion base(21).
