PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheets with excellent insulation film adhesion property is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising Si 2.9-3.4%, C 0.045-0.062%, sol-Al 0.022-0.032%, N 0.006-0.009%, Mn 0.008-0.012%, Cu 0.012-0.021%, a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities where the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is subjected to hot annealing and insulation coating after applying a fusion preventing agent on the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, the present invention is characterized in that after forming an insulation coating on steel, a coating stabilization annealing is additionally carried out in nitrogen gas atmosphere containing hydrogen higher than 10% at 890-1000°C for 1.5-10 minutes.
