PURPOSE: A defrosting apparatus of a window for a vehicle is provided to prevent lowering of appearance by placing the defroster inside the door, and to lengthen a life span by contacting to the window in case of need. CONSTITUTION: A defrosting device for a window(7) of a vehicle is composed of a link member(5) turning around a hinge point(4) of a door inner panel(3); a wiper member(6) installed in the end of the link member, contacted to the window according to turning the link member, and extended in the front and rear parts; and a handle(2) connected to the end of the link member to operate the link member, and installed in the door inner trim. The wiper member is contacted to the window elastically with turning around the hinge point by the handle. Moisture or frost is eliminated with a door channel molding(8) in opening the window and the wiper member. Wear of the wiper member is prevented with separating the wiper member from the window normally and contacting to the window for use.
