PURPOSE: A cup holder of a vehicle is provided to support a cup or can firmly, and to prevent overflow of contents in the cup and noise by contacting a cup holder bracket to the cup against vibration during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A cup fixing bracket(13) is combined with the lower part of a cup holder base(4) to turn, and installed near a holder hole(2). A rotating part(5) and a supporting part(7) are formed at both sides of the cup fixing bracket. A step groove is recessed in the cup fixing bracket not to turn the cup fixing bracket inward over the reference value, and the cup fixing bracket is contacted to a cup or a can in the cup holder base. A stopper is protruded in the lower part of the cup holder base. The cup is contained with pushing the cup fixing bracket out of the holder hole, and the cup fixing bracket is fixed in the rotating part with turning. The cup fixing bracket is fixed by the stopper, and the cup is fastened with contacting to the holder hole. Movement of the cup and overflow of contents are prevented with contacting the cup holder fixing bracket to the cup.
