PURPOSE: A cooling structure for turbo compressor is provided to lengthen useful life of the compressor by smoothly cooling the motor stator, while minimizing pressure loss within the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling structure comprises a motor stator(200) for generating a mechanical motion energy by a power applied to the motor stator; and a motor casing(100) accommodating the motor stator coupled inside of the motor casing, and which has a casing flow channel(101) formed inside of an inner periphery of the motor casing so as to achieve a smooth cooling for the motor stator. The motor stator and the motor casing have a second lug(203) and a first lug(102) formed at the outer periphery of the motor stator and at the inner periphery of the motor casing, respectively, so as to couple the motor stator and the motor casing.
