New compounds of monocyclic L-nucleosides have the general formula (I). Embodiments of these compounds are observed as useful in the treatment of the wide spectre of illnesses including infections, infestations, neoplasmas and autoimune illnesses. Observed in the aspect of mechanism, embodiments of these new compounds show imnuomodulator activity and it is expected that they are useful in the modulation of the specimens of citocines, modulation of Th1 and Th2 answers. |
