PURPOSE: A pack composition comprising an adhesive layer containing a nonionic polymer and an anionic polymer between release paper and a supporter is provided. By the remarkable increase in solubility and adhesive force, the composition can remove even sebum contained in fine pores of the skin. CONSTITUTION: This pack composition is characterized in that 5.0 to 40.0 parts by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone having a molecular weight of 8,000 to 3,000,000 and 0.5 to 25.0 parts by weight of an anionic polymer having a pH of 5.0 to 9.0 are used as a main base material of an adhesive layer. The anionic polymer is one or two or more selected from polymethylvinylether/maleic acid, polymethacrylic acid, and Na, K or triethanol amine salts of polyacrylic acid.
