PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a pressure-resistant barrel for a septic tank is provided to increase working efficiency and to selectively rotate a cylindrical barrel at its original position by arranging hinged die as to manufacture cylindrical barrel with its one end closed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus comprises an upper die(110), a lower die(120), a fixing unit, and a hinge(170). The upper die includes a manhole forming portion(111), a flange on a semicircular periphery, an axial flange on the periphery, a closing portion on the semicircular periphery, and a flange axially protruded from the closing portion. The lower die includes a flange(121,122) on a semicircular periphery, an axial flange on the periphery, a closing portion on the semicircular periphery, and a flange axially protruded from the closing portion. The fixing unit is coupled with the axial flange on the periphery and the closing portion on the semicircular periphery so as to close the upper and lower dies. The hinge is installed to any one among the axial flange on the periphery and the closing portion on the semicircular periphery.
