PURPOSE: A race game unit is provided to enable a model body on a travelling body to smoothly travel precisely and securely along a prescribed travelling path controlling the travelling body without being based on position detection information. CONSTITUTION: An X-direction movable york(12) and a Y-direction movable york(13) for a plane linear motor are equipped under a travelling body. The lower face of the travelling body is supported by bearings to enable the travelling body to travel on the travelling track by the bearings. A guiding magnet to guide a model body is made rotatable and the guiding magnet for the model body is rotated by a rotation drive motor to form a transmission coupling by a guided magnetic body equipped under the model body and the guiding magnet for the travelling body. A rotation angle of the travelling body is controlled by the rotation drive motor to control a rotation angle of the guiding magnet by the rotation drive motor corresponding to a travelling direction of the travelling body.
