PURPOSE: Provided is a golf putter having a function equal to an iron head using a ball striking face given to conventional putter heads as a first ball striking face and a back face of the ball striking face as a second ball striking face. Therefore, the putter enhances the accuracy of approach shots by the use of the second ball striking face when striking balls are fallen around the green. CONSTITUTION: This golf putter contains a second striking face(3) for approach shots using conventional striking face(2) as a first ball striking face and a part or all of a back face placed at the rear of the striking face as inclined face(4) corresponding to the lie of an iron head. A key groove(13) is formed at the upper face of a head(1), a key plate(11) attached with a key(12) at the lower face is constructed at the part of a shaft(8) exposed to the upper face of the head, and a nut containing a compression coil spring is fastened to the end part of the shaft exposed to the bottom of the shaft hole.
