A simple and cost effective air conditioning unit (10) is provided for a building (33). The air conditioning unit (10) has a water filled cooling radiator assembly (11), and a low power fan (18) causes air (C) entering the building (33) to pass in contact with the outer surface of the cooling radiator assembly (11) and be cooled. A circuit assembly (12) is connected to the cooling radiator assembly (11) so that the water, heated by the incoming air (C) may circulate around the circuit assembly (12) by convection. The circuit assembly (12) includes a second radiator assembly (13), and a second fan (29) causes air to pass around it and out of the building (33). |
