PURPOSE: A method for making a door panel of a vehicle having double function is provided to manufacture an outer panel and a belt rail in a body using a mold, and to remove instability of measure without giving heat. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a door panel of a vehicle having double function has draw process of work forming a shape of an outer panel constituting outside of a door as forming part of a belt rail(2) by making a trimming part(T); trimming process of work forming a bent-up part(B) in the upper part of bent extended unit(1a) to divide the belt rail part and outer panel part in the trimming part; cam flange process of work forming the belt rail as bending the bent up part to the inside of the outer panel entirely after trimming process of work.
