PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a strut mounting bracket is provided to adjust a caster conveniently, and to turn the strut mounting bracket by separating a nut from a bolt and pushing the bolt down. CONSTITUTION: A strut mounting bracket(13) is formed in the upper part of a shock absorber, and a coil spring is inserted to the shock absorber. The shock absorber is fixed in a vehicle body(6) by the strut mounting bracket. Plural assembling holes are formed in the strut mounting bracket, and the strut mounting bracket is fastened in the vehicle body by an assembling bolt(14). A guide nut(15) is mounted in the lower part of the strut mounting bracket. Guide holes(15a) are formed in the guide nut, and connected to assembling holes of the strut mounting bracket. The bolt is inserted to the guide hole, guided and assembled with the nut. The assembling structure is fixed in the vehicle body with the bolt and the nut. The strut mounting bracket is turned, and the caster is adjusted.
