PURPOSE: A glove box damper connecting structure is provided to enhance the convenience to use of a glove box by allowing a damper to be simply and rapidly attached to and detached from both side walls the glove box. CONSTITUTION: A circular supporting hole(21) is formed in each both side walls of a glove box(1). An oblique surface(22) and a horizontal projection(23) are formed on each side wall of the glove box(1) adjacent the circular supporting hole(21). A damper(5) has a supporting plate(6) of synthetic resin, a hanging plate(7), a hanging piece(8), a supporting pin(9), and a damper main body(10) made of rubber. A circular supported portion is provided on one side of the supporting plate(6). A groove is formed at the back of the damper main body(10). The supporting plate(10) and the damper main body(10) are vertically inserted from the inside of the side wall through the circular supporting hole(21) and taken out to the outside of the side wall. In this case, the hanging plate(7) is catched by the side wall and located at the inside of the side wall. The circular supported portion(24) is supported by the circular supporting hole(21). The damper(5) is rotated at an angle of 90 degrees after it is inserted into the circular supporting hole(21). The horizontal projection(23) is fitted into the groove.
