<p>The oil cooler comprises a stack (22) of half strips (24) assembled to form oil circulation chambers (50) and cooling liquid circulation chambers (52). The first end of the stack is fixed to a frame (12) and the second end takes an oil filter. The oil cooler is fixed to a cylindrical casing (74) extending from the strip stack. This casing houses a replaceable filter cartridge (92) and has an open surface (78) closed by a cover (86). The casing is braised directly onto the strip stack. The half strips are fitted into each other and assembled together by brazing. Each half strip, with the exception of a specific end one (72), have an oil inlet, an oil outlet, a cooling liquid inlet, a cooling liquid outlet and an oil return passage.</p> |
