PURPOSE: An ABS applying a control motor is provided to reduce the vibration and noise as substituting a control motor assembly for an electromagnetic valve, increase durability of vibration, reduce the number of parts as removing an electromagnetic valve, a pressure depressor, and etc. and cut down the process of work as simplifying the operating theory. CONSTITUTION: An ABS applying a control motor has a wheel cylinder(20) acted by fluid pressure discharged from a master cylinder(50), frictionizing a bilateral pair of a brake lining(14) and a brake drum(16) and operating a wheel(10). In an outlet of the wheel cylinder a control motor assembly(30) mediating a chamber to prevent adherence of a wheel occurred from urgent braking or braking in high-speed driving as controlling the flow of brake fluid in the wheel cylinder is installed. The control motor assembly consists of a motor fixed in the outer bottom of the chamber and operated as receiving a signal of a control box in urgent braking or braking in high-speed driving; a control pan fixed in a motor axis of the motor inside of the chamber, repeating the opening and shutting the outlet of the wheel cylinder alternatively, and formed a penetrating hole to control the pressure in the wheel cylinder.
