PURPOSE: A wide band EMI filter is provided to restrain a noise of a differential mode in a high frequency band and miniaturize a filter by adding a coil to an EMI filter and forming two stages. CONSTITUTION: A first coil(L1) restrains a noise of a common mode in a low frequency band. First and second capacitors(C1,C2) restrain a noise of a differential mode in a low frequency band. Third and fourth capacitors(C3,C4) restrain a noise of a common mode in a high frequency band. Second and third coil(L2,L3) restrain a noise of a differential mode in a high frequency band. A fourth coil(L4) is connected to a positive input terminal of a power supply in series. A fifth coil(L5) is connected to a negative input terminal of the power supply. The fourth and fifth coils(L4,L5) restrain a noise of a differential mode in a high frequency band. A fifth capacitor(C5) is connected to rear terminals of the second and third coil(L2,L3) and stabilizes an input power supply.
