PREPARATION METHOD OF MICROSPHERE IN BODY WASHING COMPOSITION, MICROSPHERE AND WASH COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a novel method of preparing microsphere by mixing the W/O emulsion with the liquid phase washing composition in the process of preparing liquid phase washing composition. The method provides polymer microsphere by mixing the liquid washing composition containing anion surfactant with cationic water soluble polymer without the use of organic solvent which is harmful to the body. The method simplifies the process in that subsequent separation process of microsphere is not needed because of the direct preparation of microsphere in the process of making the washing composition. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: a) making W/O emulsion by dispersing the cationic water soluble polymer and liquid phase containing active ingredient in the oil phase; and b) making microsphere by mixing liquid phase washing composition containing anionic surfactant with the above W/O emulsion prepared in a). The liquid/oil phase volume ratio of the above W/O emulsion is 1/100 - 1/1 while the above cationic water soluble polymer is used in 0.1-30 wt.% of the liquid amount in W/O and is selected from cationic cellulose derivatives(such as polyquaternium-4, polyquaternium-10, polyquaternium-24, steardimonium hydroxyethyl cellulose or steardimonium hydroxypropyl oxyethyl cellulose), cationic guar gum derivatives, cationic polyacrylamide and their mixtures. The above active component is selected from the group of UV blocking agent, tocopherol, retinol derivatives, hydrating agent, moisturizer, softener, tanshinone, minoxidil, anti-inflammatory agent, psoriasis treating agent, amphotericin B and their mixture. The oil used in the above composition is selected from the group of various fruits and their kernel oils, fluid paraffin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, C10-C18 triglyceride and their mixtures and the emulsifier is selected from the group of alkyl dimethicone copolyol, lecithin, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan tristearate, sorbitan trisoleate and their mixtures while the above anionic surfactant is sodium laurylsulfate, triethanolamine laurylsulfate, triethanolamine mono lauryl phosphate, laurylsulfate sodium ether with 1-3 ethylene oxide, ammonium lauryl sulfate and their mixture.
