PURPOSE: A delay circuit using current source is provided to maximize a property by embodying a delay circuit capable of getting a constant delay time having no relation with a processing, a temperature, and a voltage. CONSTITUTION: A delay circuit comprises a current source(10) generating a constant current by controlling sizes of a first and a second PMOS(P-type Metal Oxide Semiconductor)(M5,M6) having no connection with a temperature, a voltage and so on, thereby keeping a constant delay time, a current mirror(30), and a unit delay part(20) made of a pair of PMOSs(M1,M2) and NMOSs(N-type Metal Oxide Semiconductors)(M3,M4). At this point, PMOS(M1) and NMOS(M4) which are not adjacent each other charge and discharge a current by receiving the constant current from the current source(10) and the adjacent PMOS(M2) and NMOS(M3) perform a switch for opening/closing a current path.
