PURPOSE: A device for alarming sudden brake of a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident by alarming emergency state to a rear vehicle through flickering an emergency lamp. CONSTITUTION: A device for alarming sudden brake in a vehicle comprises a pressure sensor(13) generating voltage in proportion to pressure in stepping in a brake pedal(11) by being mounted on a side portion of a brake servo(12); a controlling unit(14) supplying operational signal when a voltage value input from the pressure sensor is over an established value; a relay(15) receiving the operational signal form the control unit; an emergency lamp(16) alarming emergency state to a rear vehicle by being connected to the relay; and a battery(17). Thereby, the device for alarming the sudden brake in the vehicle prevents an accident by alarming the emergency state to the rear vehicle.
