SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACCESSING AND RECORDING MESSAGES AT COORDINATE WAY POINTS

PURPOSE: A system and a method for accessing and recording messages at coordinate way points are provided to leave and retrieve the messages at specific coordinate way points within a CMRS(Commercial Mobile Radio Service) provider network. CONSTITUTION: A beacon signal is received from a device by a data management server(200). Information transmitted by the beacon signal is extracted(201). A database of the data management server is checked for judging whether an accessible message exists(202). A judgement point is received(203). If a message transmission reference is satisfied, the message is transmitted to the specific device(204).
