PURPOSE: A turbo charger of an air-compensating exhaust turbine is provided to prevent the blocking of a bearing of a turbo charger and troubles due to the blocking of the bearing by rapidly supplying oil to the bearing when a vehicle travels up a ramp road or accelerates. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic pressure compensation circuit(1) is provided to an exhaust turbine turbo charger. An oil reservoir tank(6) supplied with oil via a first path(8) placed at an upper portion of a path(9) is included in the pneumatic pressure compensation circuit. The oil stored in the oil tank is supplied to a rotating shaft(16) through a second path(7) for communicating the oil tank with the path.
