PURPOSE: Provided are a machine and a method for peeling garlic massively by a wet method to minimize the damage to garlic. CONSTITUTION: Garlic can be peeled by as follows: wetting garlic in water for a ling time; separating the wet garlic into a clove; pre-treating the garlic with air to loose peelings from the garlic clove; peeling garlic clove by maturing and spraying high pressure of water; and drying the peeled garlic clove. Therefore, the garlic can be peeled without any damage and discharged separately from its peeling.
