METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA BY USING ADAPTATION CODING IN PHYSICAL LAYER OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS OF BASE STATION

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting data by using adaptation coding in a physical layer of an asynchronous mobile communication system and an apparatus of a base station are provided to perform efficiently a data transmission process by controlling a puncturing rate. CONSTITUTION: A transfer block buffer(210) is used storing transmission blocks of TTI units of each transmission channel and order numbers of RLC of the transmission blocks. An adaptation transmission control portion(220) is used for managing stored contents of the transfer block buffer(210) by using a physical channel and controls a transmission control operation of a corresponding transmission block. A CRC attachment portion(230) is used for calculating CRC and adding the CRC to the transmission block according to a control operation of the adaptation transmission control portion(220). A concatenation/segmentation portion(240) is used for changing the transmission block to physical layer transmission block. A channel coding portion(250) is used for coding the transmission block. A rate matching portion(260) is used for puncturing the transmission block. A multiplexing portion(270) is used for multiplexing the transmission block. A physical channel mapping portion(280) is used for interleaving the transmission block and mapping the interleaved transmission block to the physical layer.
