PURPOSE: Provided is apparatus for raising fish in which a buoy is constructed at the lower part of a frame and a side cover is constructed at both sides. The apparatus makes it easy to assemble and disassemble and prevents the destruction of a basic frame by a big wave. CONSTITUTION: This fish-breeding apparatus comprises: a working board(100) formed by a plurality of holes on the surface and fixed to a frame(130); a buoy(170) connected to an upper plate(160) to alternately allow the working board to float; a side cover(200) connected to the frame by a bolt to be constructed at both sides of the frame; and a hinge part coupled with a connecting rod(240) between the frame and a supporting plate(130).
