APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SIZE OF BUBBLE OF PANEL FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a size of a bubble of a panel for cathode ray tube is provided to determine a state of the panel by using the bubble. CONSTITUTION: A panel(1) is loaded on a table(10). A light source(20) is installed in the table(10) in order to project a back-light. The light source(20) is formed by a white LED(Light Emitting Diode). A couple of support portions(12) are installed on an upper surface of the table(10) in order to support a face(2) of the panel(1). A bubble measuring portion is installed in an upper side of the table(10). The bubble measuring portion includes a camera(30). The camera(30) is used for photographing bubbles(3) and outputting a video signal. The camera(30) is formed by a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera or a CCD progressive camera. A lens(32) of the camera(30) is formed by a telecentric lens. The camera(30) is controlled by an elevation portion(40). The elevation portion(40) is formed with a column(42), a motor(44), a transfer screw shaft(46), and a carrier(48). The camera(30) is covered by a casing(50). A computer(60) is used for storing video data and audio data.
