PURPOSE: A cooking timing controller for a cooking vessel is provided to obtain optimum cooking and to prevent burning of food or safety accident such as a fire by operating signal sound at predetermined temperature as to adjust accurate cooking timing. CONSTITUTION: A cooking vessel comprises a grip body(10), a thermometer(20), a controller(30), a circuit board(40), and a dividing wall(50). The grip body is positioned close to an outer lid of the vessel and is fixed by a lock nut. The thermometer is inserted into a recess(11) formed on the body and has a needle rotating according to temperature transferred through a sensing rod(22). The controller has an opened bottom and an upper portion covered with a window(31) and is coupled such that a portion of the grip body is covered rotatably from an upper portion of the grip body. An alarming unit(42) and a receiving unit(41) are applied to the circuit board which is inserted into the controller. The dividing wall is closed to the bottom of the controller and the upper portion of the grip body as well.
