PURPOSE: A structure for coupling a fixing member is provided to enhance an appearance by preventing a left and right movement of a molding and to prevent a separation of the fixing member from a panel by having an excellent mounting force. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fitting holes(11) are formed at a panel(10). A fixing member, i.e., molding(20) is coupled at an outside of the panel. A hinge piece(21) is formed at an inside of the molding corresponding to the fitting hole of the panel, and a hook piece(22) is extended and formed at a position separated from the hinge piece in a certain distance. A clip(30) is provided, so that the molding(20) is coupled rigidly at the panel. The clip is composed of a hinge portion(31) and fitting pieces(32,33). The hinge portion is hinge coupled rotatably at the hinge piece of the molding. The fitting pieces(32,33) are fitted at the fitting hole of the panel and the hook piece of the molding.
