发明名称 HOLLOW FIBER SURFACE MODIFICATION METHOD BY USING PLASMA IN ATMOSPHERE
摘要 PURPOSE: A hollow fiber surface modification method by using plasma in atmosphere is provided to maximize activity and surface energy of surface of hollow fiber membrane. The method is applicable to treatment of sewage, wastewater of fiber manufacturing plant, iron manufacturing plant, and semiconductor manufacturing plant using hollow fiber membrane. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: fusion of raw powder of hollow fiber at 200-300deg.C; spinning above fused hollow fiber through an ejector(2); induction of the hollow fiber into a reactor(3); modifying hollow fiber membrane using plasma in atmosphere pressure radiated from a plasma generator(4); and cooling modified hollow fiber membrane. When the surface modified hollow fiber is cooled, diluted acrylic acid directly comes into contact with the surface modified hollow fiber so that the surface of hollow fiber become hydrophilic.
