PURPOSE: A car signal switch device is provided to easily perform a turn signal indication operation and a cornering equalizing operation by using a switch for an indicator lamp operation and a switch for the cornering equalization operation. CONSTITUTION: A switch body(30) is connected to a lower portion of a switch housing(20) and adjusts a signal light, a cornering lamp, and an irradiation angle of a vehicle. One end of a switch lever(10) is inserted between the switch housing(20) and the switch body(30) and changes a switch circuit. A contact holder(45) is connected to an end of the switch lever(10). A plurality of contact terminals are installed at a lower surface of the contact holder(45). A slide operator(41) is connected to the switch lever(10). When the switch lever(10) moves up and down, the slide operator(41) performs a rectilinear motion the front and the rear to change a switch circuit of an irradiation angle terminal.
