PURPOSE: A fuse case structure provided to a battery pack of a hybrid vehicle is provided to exchange safely a fuse or a part by entirely cutting off a power source in the battery pack if the fuse in the battery pack is shorted. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack is composed of an upper cover(11) and a lower cover(12), and a plurality of battery are provided at an inside of the battery pack. A fuse case for protecting a fuse(14) is installed between the batteries. A lid(21) is provided at an upper side of the fuse case, and a body(20) is provided at a lower portion of the lid. A socket(22) is provided at one side of the body(20), and both end of a conductor(23) is interposed at the socket. The conductor is coupled or separated from and to the socket at need. A handle grip(24) is installed rotatably at one side of the conductor, and a connector grip(25) is installed at the other side thereof.
