PURPOSE: A damper pulley is provided to reduce torsional vibration and bending vibration by forming a rubber and a spring between first and second masses. CONSTITUTION: A damper pulley is composed of a large diameter unit(31) and a small diameter unit(32). The large diameter unit is formed by combing a first mass(33) and a second mass(34). First rubber(41) inserted between the large and small diameter units to reduce torsional vibration while rotating a crank shaft(10). Second rubber(42) inserted to the first and second masses to reduce bending vibration. Plural through holes(43) formed on the second rubber with a radial shape. A spring(44) is mounted on the through hole to reduce the bending vibration. A hub(35) formed on a middle portion of the second mass for being combined to the crank shaft. Thereby, the damper pulley reduces the torsional vibration and the bending vibration by forming rubbers.
