STRUCTURE FOR COMBINING FUEL PUMP WITH FUEL PIPE IN DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE: Structure for combining a fuel pump with a fuel pipe in a diesel engine is provided to increase the combining strength of a fuel pump and a fuel pipe by using a washer, and to prevent the breakage of the fuel pipe by reducing the pressure fluctuation of the fuel supplied from the fuel pump. CONSTITUTION: A combining unit(11) is formed on one end of a fuel pump(10). A connecting unit(13) is formed on the end of a fuel pipe(12). A small-diameter orifice(14) is formed on the end of the combining unit to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the fuel supplied from the fuel pump. A washer(15) is inserted between the connecting unit and a nut(16) to increase the combining strength. The inner and outer diameters of the fuel pipe are extended to increase the natural frequency in the fuel pipe when fuel is conveyed.
