PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide rear cover below a two-passenger seat and to ensure a comfortability of the passengers. SOLUTION: A rear cover 13 is formed to a wide shape below a seat so as to be outwardly projected and a flat surface part 18 having a shape that a neighborhood part including a ridgeline 61 is erased is partially provided at a position being below a front seat 14a and at a front side of a rear seat 14b to form a narrow part. Leg part F of the passenger P can be placed at sides of the narrow part. A key holes 20 is obliquely and downwardly formed on a lower slope 63 at a part vertically narrowed at a rear side of the flat surface part 18 and above a rear wheel and a key cylinder for a seat lock can be unlocked.
