PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe with which a blood vessel is secured without a problem, a contamination due to a lubricant does not occur and also a metallic injector needle is easily divided from the other synthetic resin part and collected. SOLUTION: This pre-filled syringe is characterized by providing a liquid medicine cartridge 1 which is filled with a liquid medicine (m) inside and is clogged by a seal film 12 or a thin plate 14 having a small hole 15, a blind and cylindrical syringe body 2 where the injector needle is attached, a columnar body 3 erected along the center axis of a syringe body and a piston part 4 arranged in the tip part of the columnar body 3. Then the liquid medicine cartridge 1 is inserted to the syringe body 2 and the piston part 4 is put into the liquid medicine cartridge 1 with pressure and slid inside the cartridge 1 so that the liquid medicine (m) inside the cartridge 1 is injected from the tip of the injector needle 5 through a liquid passage 31 of the columnar body 3 in configuration. |
